Case Study
Mike Baron was retained by a charity-run visitor attraction to improve the commercial performance of the business. He discovered that the retail spend per visitor was very low. He proposed a plan to alter the entry and exit arrangements for the attraction so that all visitors passed through the souvenir shop on their way out.
