Mike Baron was retained to recruit a new manager for a privately owned hotel and restaurant. The owner of the business wanted to terminate the employment of the existing manager, but wanted to find a replacement first. Mike Baron had to identify suitable candidates and interview them off-site, so as not to alert the incumbent.
